NISOC intends to use Hirgan Energy services for engineering supervision and site supervision for the executing projects in the construction and development of desalting plants on the basis of scope of work and technical specification which prepared or is preparing by consultants or EPC contractors in basic engineering and detailed design stage.


Scope of works are as below;
•    Supervision on basic engineering and detailed design
•    Supervision on planning and controlling of the progressing projects
•    Supervision on coordinating and executing of the projects
•    Quality control services
•    Supervision on payment and cost control services
•    Automated document control services
•    Supervision on installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning and start-up of the projects.

Rey - Tabriz 16" Pipeline Pump Stations

Project Goals:    
-    Construction of four new 16" pipeline pump stations using electrical pumps to transfer 120,000 BPD crude oil from Rey station to Tabriz station.

ﻣﻮﺿﻮع این قرارداد ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﮐﻠﯽ ﻋﺒﺎرت از ارائه ﺧﺪﻣﺎت تعمیرات مکانیکی کلیه تجهیزات و سیستم لوله کشی پالایشگاه گاز ایلام به صورت مستمر و دوره ای می باشد.
این خدمات شامل تعمیرات و ﻧﮕﻬﺪاري کلیه ﻣﺎﺷﯿﻦ آﻻت دوار (ماشینری)، تجهیزات ﺛﺎﺑﺖ و سیستم های عایق کاری و لوله کشی مجتمع واﻗﻊ در ﻧﻮاﺣﯽ ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪي و ﻏﯿﺮ ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪي، ﻣﺨﺎزن، مشعل ها، واحد داﻧﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي، تصفیه ﭘﺴﺎب ﺻﻨﻌﺘﯽ و شبکه آب رسانی بوده و هم چنین راﻫﺒﺮي ﮐﺎرﮔﺎه ﻣﺮﮐﺰي و تعمیرات اساسی کارخانه را نیز شامل می گردد.

-    طراحی و ساخت سازه فلزی مناسب جهت بلند کردن و انتقال پمپ¬ها

-    طراحی و انجام تغییرات در لوله¬های ورودی و خروجی پمپ¬ها
-    بستن پمپ¬ها و انجام تنظیمات لازم
-    راه¬اندازی و تحویل به کارفرمای اصلی (شرکت نفت فلات قاره ایران)

The Study and Design of F&G system for Jam Petrochemical Project was announced to Hirgan Energy Engineering Company. Some parts of Jam Petrochemical Complex like operational and non-operational areas and industrial and non-industrial buildings did not have F&G systems or the F&G systems are designed and implemented imperfectly in these places.
The main subject of this project included consultation and reviewing the existing F&G systems within the scope of the contract and identifying deficiencies and requirements for these systems according to the approved standards of employer and preparation of basic design documentation of these systems.

With the aim of increasing the stabilized oil production flow and increasing the gas production of the selected oilfields of the IOOC and ICOFC and based on studies on the reservoirs in the projects defined by the above two companies, work packages with the following Separate projects have been defined by the National Iranian Oil Company to be awarded to contractors in the form of two-year plans.
The packages defined by the IOOC include 4 packages (Esfand/Sivand, Resalat, Reshadat and Forouzan) and ICOFC includes 3 packages (Danan, Naftshahr and Saadatabad) in the surface and sub-surface parts.
The services provided in this contract (by Hirgan Energy Company) for each of the above-mentioned projects include the following:
-    Portfolio Management General Services
-    Review and approve projects scope of works and technical documents
-    Providing a framework and confirm the integrity of tender documents and supervision on tender process
-    Preparation and completion of projects scope of works and initial documents (if required)

Shahid Hasheminejad gas processing plant as the only refining facility in eastern part of Iran is fed by gas reserves located in Khangiran near Sarakhs city, 165 kilometers east of Mashhad City, capital of Khorasan Razavi province.
Gas intake of the plant will rise by 10 million cubic meters reaching 67 million cubic meters per day upon the completion of a development plan is according to the official.
On sulfur production by the plant, the official noted that sulfur production capacity of Hasheminejad gas processing plant stands at 2.6 thousand tons per day even though actual production is two thousand tons.
The plant produced 139.150 tons of sulfur during the first quarter of the current year.
For producing additional high pressure steam, a heat recovery system from 4th S.R.U. outlet gases is considered.
This project was defined to prepare feasibility and conceptual study to inform client about capability of producing required H.P. steam and environmental impacts.

The National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC) intends to transfer 30 MMSCFD sour gas of Asmari wellhead No.2 to Gas Gathering, Gas Condensate Sweetening and Stabilization Unit of Jurassic Gas Wells (Project No. 80307) alongside of dehydration unit of Razi Petrochemical complex located near Masjed-I-Soleyman city, which is about 44 km far from the wellhead. The Asmari reservoir contains light gas with high hydrogen sulphide content.
Hirgan Energy Engineering Company provided engineering services to National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC) in this project. The integrated team covered the complete Basic design and Detail engineering to provide PC package for tender.

Bangestan sour gas gathering facilities as one of the most important projects in terms of environmental and techno-economical known as AMAK has been established in central Karoon-Maroon district which consists of seven compressor stations namely:
Ahwaz-1, Ahwaz-2, Ahwaz-3, Ab-teymour, Mansuri, Marun-3 and Kupal
The target of AMAK project is gathering, compressing and transmitting these sour gases to Karoon gas treatment plant (GTP).
Since initial commissioning and start-up, these compressor stations had many difficulties due to inappropriate design of equipment, inlet feed variation and not considering operational flexibility in provided apparatus.
Because of these deficiencies, any change in inlet feed parameters leads these compressors to deviate from proper operating condition and cause gas flaring which is in opposite of initial objectives of AMAK project.
To achieve the project goals, a conceptual study along with the feasibility analysis have been done by Hirgan Energy Engineering Company for the best and most proper solution, which will come from a thorough techno-economical study.

The subject of this project includes maintenance of mechanical equipment and piping system in Ilam Gas Refinery in a continuous and periodic manner.

•    Repair and maintenance of all rotary equipment (machinery), fixed equipment & vessels, piping & insulating system located in the process and non-process areas, tankage area, flare, industrial wastewater treatment and water supply networks, etc.

•    Management and manipulation of mechanical workshops

•    Periodic complete overhaul services
